PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Project kick-off meetings at customer site
- Factory run-off to review technical documents and functionality per contract
- Lead Point of Contact for onsite coordination of the installation
- Manage Punch lists to insure project sign-off Acceptence.
- Help coordinate or supply the training and warranty period
- Subcontractor quoting and management.
